The interactive voice API allows you to easily design your own interactive voice service, by manipulating the following elements of the call:

  • the telephone numbers
  • the automated dialogues
  • the conferences

The API allows you to connect different types of participants and also to customise the call "on the go".

The calls can be:

  • outgoing: your application calls someone's telephone
  • incoming: someone calls your application using one of several types of numbers which we have made available:
    • test numbers (free to use but with limitations)
    • dedicated French number
    • shared premium number (identification by access code)
    • dedicated premium number

The premium numbers allow you to be rewarded with more than 5 credits for every minute of talk time.
